Algorithm Logic
Base Interval: Difficulty determines starting spacing (3 days for hard, 14 for easy)
Adjustment Factor: If success rate > 85% → extend interval by 1.3x
Adjustment Factor: If success rate < 70% → reduce interval by 0.7x
Cepeda Correction: Account for skill complexity (working memory needs closer spacing than simple facts)
